The processing of personal data in connection with the provision of this website is undertaken for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal bases and - as far as objectively relevant - for the pursuit of the following legitimate interests of the controller or third party:

1st purpose: Provision of the telemedia service
Legal basis: EU GDPR 2016/679 Art. 6, point 1(b)
Legal basis: EU GDPR 2016/679 Art. 6, point 1(f)

The controller pursues the following legitimate interests:
Increasing the efficiency of the telemedia service and its user-friendliness.

2nd purpose: Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the telemedia service and the systems used to provide it, including measures to detect, limit, avoid and correct malfunctions or errors in the telemedia service
Legal basis: EU GDPR 2016/679 Art. 6, point 1 (c)

The corresponding legal obligations of the controller and processor result inter alia from:

3rd purpose: Economic optimisation and needs-based design of the telemedia service

Legal basis: EU GDPR 2016/679 Art. 6, point 1 (f)

To achieve this, the controller pursues the following legitimate interests:
Improving the efficiency of his operating resources, increasing revenue, reducing costs, testing and improvement of usability.

In this connection, your attention is drawn in particular to your Right to Object (in general), see below, in the list of your rights.

The personal data processed in connection with the provision of this website will be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

  1. Processors, i. e. companies that, on the basis of contractual obligations, manage your data exclusively in accordance with the instructions of the controller:
    • Providers of technical services, in particular data processing centres
  2. Third persons, i. e. companies that assume responsibility for managing your data:

The controller has the intention to disclose personal data to recipients in a third country on the basis of the following legal bases:

To indicate the duration of storage, it should generally be noted that the personal data of the data subject will be stored only for as long as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes of processing those data. This results in detail:

For the aforementioned 1st Purpose, the data will be stored as long as your use of the telemedia service continues. For the personal data from the entry mask of the contact form and those transferred by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with you is over. As far as data for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations and for the pursuit of legitimate interests, i. e. for the preservation of evidence in the context of the statute of limitations, are no longer necessary, these shall be regularly deleted.

For the aforementioned 2nd Purpose, the data will be stored for another 90 days beyond the end of your use of the telemedia service; should these data be required for evidence purposes, they will continue to be stored until the facts have been clarified.

For the aforementioned 3rd Purpose, personal data will be stored until their anonymisation within a few minutes of your ceasing to use the telemedia service

You have the following basic rights listed below, subject to statutory restrictions. To facilitate your exercising these rights, you are hereby informed that an appropriate request from you does not require any specific form and so can be made electronically, for example, (in particular by e-mail).

You have the right to request information from the controller about personal data concerning you.

You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you by the controller.

You have the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning you by the controller.

You have the right to request restriction of further processing of personal data concerning you by the controller.

You have the right to object to the controller against any further processing of personal data concerning you by the controller for the purposes stated above, provided that you provide reasons for this arising from your particular situation.

Finally you have the right to obtain from the controller the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller for the aforementioned 1st Purpose, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data have been provided.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for Data Protection about the controller’s management of your data. You providing your personal information is required for the delivery of the telemedia service. Though there is no legal obligation to provide the data, not providing the data would have the consequence that the telemedia service could not be provided to you.

Automated processing that could have legal effects on you or could in a similar way have a significant negative impact on you will not occur in connection with your use of the telemedia service
