Summer Holidays: "The Great GPS–Treasure Hunt with Edgar" is back
Where once iron flowed through the works’ casting houses, today there are hunts for buried treasure using the latest technology. The combination of searching for places by using GPS coordinates and the solving of some tricky tasks makes this expedition through the old ironworks great fun for families and children.
The park’s mascot, a dwarf bat called Edgar, is there at the participants’ side. It’s up to you whether you take part and explore the route with your own GPS device, or with our rental equipment. When you book you can choose between two road books with different degrees of difficulty. But whichever way, you’ll receive a reward related to the Landscape Park and the ironworks.
